Fulfillment
Two warehouses — Cincinnati and Amsterdam — set up for records rather than adapted to them: warehousing, pick-and-pack, direct-to-fan orders and large-volume runs. It exists for the label owner with unsold boxes in a spare room and a standing appointment at the post office, and it means European orders ship from inside Europe.
Orders come from wherever you sell — Bandcamp, Shopify, Spotify, Discogs, or whatever else you are running. Stock levels sync across all of them from one inventory, so you cannot sell the same last copy twice. The warehouse crew answers the buyer directly: tracking, address changes, returns, packages that never arrived.
If you are on the road or working with distributors abroad, we will drop-ship units to meet you — a tour, a shop, a distributor — at short notice.
You work with these people directly — there is no account manager forwarding your email to someone else.

Tell us about the record and send a private link. That’s the whole ask — no forms with forty checkboxes.
A real conversation about the release and whether we’re the right people for it. Sometimes the honest answer is no.
A plan built around what this release actually needs. No packages, no tiers, no minimum spend.
If that’s you, we’d like to hear the record. If it isn’t, write anyway and tell us what you’re making — we read everything that comes in.
