Distribution
Wholesale into independent record stores, and mail-order direct to the people who buy this music. Around forty labels are in the catalog — Northern Spy, NNA Tapes, Egghunt and Whited Sepulchre alongside Iron Lung, Avant!, True Panther, Torn Light and the rest — across vinyl, CD, cassette, print and merch.
Stores work from an order builder rather than a PDF, so what you see is what is actually in the warehouse. Wholesale access is by application: the buyer list is deliberately a select one, because a record that lands in the wrong twenty shops comes back.
The mail-order side is curated, not comprehensive. It leans toward hard-to-find labels and adventurous music, which is the reason someone browses it in the first place rather than a larger store.
You work with these people directly — there is no account manager forwarding your email to someone else.
